Online Banking Update September 27, 2016

RCCU has updated our online banking platform. See below for a list of changes and new products and services.

Changing Address/ Email
Online banking will allow you to change your address/email when you login to online banking. If any information is changed, you will receive a text alert.

How to Change Email/Address

  • Hover over “Options”
  • Click “Member Info”
  • Change address/email

Tiles
Tiles will give you a more in depth look at your accounts. Tiles will show graphs displaying your daily balance and a pie chart showing debit/credit break down.

How to access Tiles

  • Log into online banking
  • Hover over “Accounts”
  • Click “Tiles”

Tiles Graphs

  • Click on the account you want to look at.
  • Your account information will be at the top and your graphs will be to the right.

Person to Persona (P2P)

P2P allows you to send or request money from/to your account to another person via email or cell phone. P2P will be available for the RCCU app at a later date.

*Transferring using P2P is only available with primary savings and checking.
Transfer Limits/Fees

  • Minimum amount per transfer: $10.00
  • Maximum amount per transfer: $250.00
  • Maximum amount per day: $500.00
  • Maximum transfers per day: 10
  • Maximum weekly amount: $2,000.00
  • Transfer sending fee: $1.00

How to Set Up P2P

  • Log into online banking
  • Hover over “Transfer”
  • Click “P2P and A2A”
  • Steps will appear on how to use P2P and A2A

P2P Adding Contact

  • Click “Contact”
  • Enter the name of the person you’re sending the money to
  • Enter their phone number or email
  • Click “Next”
  • Double check information and click “Confirm”

P2P Sending Money to Contact

  • Click “Move Money”
  • Choose the account you want money to move from
  • Choose the contact
  • Enter the amount
  • Click “Authorize”

P2P Receive Money

  • Click “Move Money”
  • Choose the contact you want to receive money from.
  • Choose which account you want it sent to.
  • Enter amount
  • Click “Next”
  • Click “Authorize”

 Sent Money to the Wrong Person

*When the transfer is pending you are able to cancel.

  • Hover over “Transfer”
  • Click “P2P and A2A”
  • Choose on the payment you want to cancel
  • Click “Cancel Payment”
  • The payment will be voided

Account to Account (A2A)

A2A will allow you to move money from account to account. 


Transfer Limits

  • Minimum per transfer: $10.00
  • Daily limits: $2,500.00
  • Weekly limit: $10,000.00
  • Transfer sending fee: $1.00
A2A Add Account 

*There will be a 1 to 2 business day hold to verify the account.

  • Hover over “Transfer”
  • Click “P2P and A2A”
  • Click “Add Account/Contact”
  • Click “Add Account”
  • Enter name, type of account, routing number and account number.
  • Click “Next”
  • Click “Authorize”

A2A Add External Account

  • Click “Add Account/Contact”
  • Click “Add Account”
  • Enter name, type of account, routing number and account number

When adding an external account, you have to have the same last name. If you don’t have the same last name, you are unable to add the account.

  • 4.     Click “Next”
  • 5.     Click “Authorize”

A2A Send Money

  • Click “Move Money”
  • Choose the account you want to transfer money from
  • Input amount
  • Click “Next”
  • Click “Authorize”
