Membership at Red Crown is open to those who live, work, worship, volunteer or attend school in the Tulsa, Creek, Mayes, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers and Wagoner counties of Oklahoma.

My debit card is blocked, stolen or lost, how can I get money?

You can visit any Red Crown location or a Shared Branch.

Where can I see my credit report?

You can get a free copy of your credit report at annualcreditreport.com

What is Verified by VISA?

Verified by Visa helps ensure that payments are made by the rightful owner of the Visa account, to make online purchases more secure. It aims to make your online transactions as secure, fast, and convenient as purchases you make in a store.

Online Banking FAQs

How do I get setup for online banking?

Once on the website you will click on the Login button and then click online banking link. You will then click “setup your info” and follow the steps.

What is my User ID?

Your User ID default is always your member account number.

How do I setup a re-occurring transfer?

Hover over the Transfer tab and click scheduled transfers.

How do I transfer funds online?

Hover over the Transfer tab and choose which type of transfer you would like.

How do I change my address, phone number, email address, etc?

– Login
– Hover over the Option tab.
– Click Update Personal Information

Can I set up a way to have my auto payment come out monthly?

Yes, with a Red Crown checking account, you have the following options:

Online Banking:
– Hover over the Transfer tab
– Click Scheduled Transfers

Bill Pay:
– Hover over the Bill Pay tab
– Click Scheduled Payments

A2A and P2P FAQs

How do I send a payment using P2P?

Mobile App

– Login
– Press the person icon on the account you want to move money from
– Select the contact
– Enter in the amount you want to send

Online Banking
– Login
– Click on the name of the person you want to send money to
– Click Pay Contact
– Choose account you want to move money from and enter the amount

How much does it cost to send money using P2P?

The transfer fee is $1.00 per transaction.

How do I get setup for A2A?

– Login
– Hover Over Transfer Tab
– Click on P2P and A2A
– Click on Accounts/Contacts
– Add Account
– Enter other financial institution information

How much does it cost to transfer funds using A2A?

It is free to transfer funds on online banking through A2A. There is a $1.00 fee on the mobile app.

How long does it take for an A2A transfer to show up in my other account?

The transfer will appear in your account between 2 and 3 business days.

Bill Pay FAQs

What is Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is a secure online service offered to our members to make paying your bill easier and faster to anyone in the United States from your Red Crown checking account.

You can set up Bill Pay as a one-time payment, schedule payments and set it up recurring payment. Bill Pay will even save you money by no longer needing to order checks and buying stamps.

How do I get setup for Bill Pay?

You must have a checking account to use Bill Pay.

– Click on Bill Pay Tab
– Steps will be listed to get setup for Bill Pay
– Accept Disclosures
– Enter primary user information and account address (Make sure the SSN has no dashes)
– Click Submit
– Once submitted it can take up to 24 hours to receive Bill Pay access
– You will be notified by email that you have Bill Pay access

Is there a charge for paying my payment online?

There is no charge for paying a payment through Bill Pay.

Mobile App FAQs

Why don’t I see the funds available from my remote deposit?

A two day hold is placed on all remote deposits. Once the hold is released the funds will be available.

How can I reset my password through mobile banking?

You can only change your password is through online banking.

E-Statement FAQs

How do I get setup for E-Statements?

You can setup E-Statements through online banking, over the phone, or visiting the branch.

With online banking, click the tab for E-Statements and you will be auto enrolled. You will receive a confirmation email.

Credit Card FAQs

Why can’t I see the history on my credit card?

Once you are logged into Online Banking, click on the Credit Card tab to log into your MasterCard online platform.

What is 3-day payment float?

When a member makes a payment, regardless of the way the payment is made, it will take 3 days for the payment to release.

Example 1: Mary Member make a payment after 1:30PM at a Red Crown location. This payment will not be submitted until Monday. The hold will start on Monday when the payment arrives at the credit card processor, even though the payment will show a posting date of the day it was make at the branch. She can use her funds on Thursday, which is the day after the 3rd business day.

Example 2: Mark Member makes a payment Tuesday at 10:00AM on the www.gotomycard.com website. This payment will post overnight to his credit card. The 3 days will start on Wednesday and he will be able to use his card Saturday, which is the day after the 3rd business day.

I made my payment, why is my due date not advancing?

This is a revolving line of credit and it is billed monthly. Once the statement closes on the 24th day of the month then the due date will advance to the next month.

My card expires this month. When will I get another one?

Renewal Cards are mailed in the middle of the month that they expire in. The existing cards are valid until the last day of the month.

Why can't I see my payments/due dates/transactions in online banking?

Worldpay (formerly known as Vantiv)  does not communicate with our systems in real-time. To view current activity go to www.gotomycard.com.

When is my payment due?

Payments are due on the 21st of each month.

Can I set up an automatic payment for my credit card?

Statements close on the 24th of each month and will be mailed one to two business days after that. You should receive your statement around the 1st of the following month.

How can I get MasterCard e-statements?

You can sign up for e-statements on www.gotomycard.com.

Is there an annual fee to have a Red Crown MasterCard?

No, we do not charge a fee to use our MasterCard.

Will I be charge foreign transaction fees if I go out of the country?
