As the Board of Directors, we welcome you to Red Crown Credit Union. Our main task, as the Board of Directors, is to direct the business affairs, set policies, and direct the operation of Red Crown Credit Union in Board Meetings held monthly.
Our Board consists of nine Directors which are elected at the Annual Meeting by our members. The Board elects from its own membership the officers of the Credit Union, which are a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, each Board member is required to be on a committee and have a good attendance.
